Oligonucleotide analogues for therapy and technology

Applications of oligonucleotide analogues

Oligonucleotide analogues can be used to treat genetic diseases, engage the immune system for cancer immunotherapy, or are components of the enabling CRISPR/Cas9 technology.

These applications exclusively rely on synthetic analogues of natural nucleotides that confer improved stability, specificity, and delivery. We are developing new chemistry focused on the phosphodiester linkage to make oligonucleotides that enable new technologies and therapies.
